Stephen's letter to us about the Financial Ombudsman Service
Almost all (from the public)
submissions to the Hunt Review of the Financial Ombudsman Service have not been published.
I have discussed this on
comparativetables.com
which was prompted by the discussion on the forum.
I have written to my MP about this. If the submissions remain unavailable,
in my opinion there should be a campaign to gather them together. They
should then be put on a website.
