In the light of
recent events in Birmingham it would be interesting under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 to see just how many complaints about Birmingham Social
Services have been made to the Ombudsman's Office in the past several years;
and more importantly how many of those complaints Mrs Seex's office has
upheld. My guess based on personal experience is for the first question.
Many. For the second question. Less than one.
