The demeaning of the Mother of Parliament by the 'porky' laden Parliamentary Ombudsman and her 'couldn't care less' acolytes, leading to a Whitehall farce, where civil service bumbledom and worse reigns supreme.

As far as the public sector complaint procedures are concerned The Mother of Parliament is not upright anymore. She is looking decidedly bedraggled by the knock-on effect of the corrupt antics of the 'porky' laden female, the Parliamentary Ombudsman, Ms Ann Abraham. Who has abandoned her position as a Parliamentary adjudicator and taken upon herself the Fanny Craddock style role of producing, without a care in the world, mindless Westminster 'porkies'!

With much contempt for the electorate and parliamentarians, she has besmirched the world renowned Mother of Parliament! The Ombudsman also with much contempt, offers victims of public sector fraud and corruption sums of money, claiming the derisory sum is the 'norm' and in lieu of justice - that such a pittance is sufficient enough to cover up the enormity of much civil service corruption.

Such disgraceful 'old pal acts' are designed to protect corrupt miscreant civil servants for ever and ever, whilst denying their victims even a semblance of up-to-date justice. This is to demean the Mother of Parliament and the whole structure of parliamentary democracy.

Just how much abuse to the Mother of Parliament can elected members of parliament close their eyes to?

Because we believe in democracy we find, because of the Ombudsman's bias, we are forced, like others, to make public the enormity of public sector fraud and corruption, so that the British public learn of the civil service cover-up industry as aided and abetted by the corrupt Ombudsman system. If we do not get compensation so be it, we will have been compensated enough in disclosing this Ombudsman protected cover-up industry that has overwhelmed untold thousands of victims, downtrodden by years of Ombudsman orientated corrupt complaint procedures!

People are appalled how the Ombudsman has purposely contrived to see 'no evidence of fraud and corruption' in our case. She fails to see glaring examples of corruption. She is unfit for office! She cannot claim to be impartial, her outrageous 'pork-pies' are cooked up to deceive.

No wonder people are turning their backs on Politics, when they learn amongst other things, of the Ombudsman's free-range fraudulent acts within Westminster. As when amongst other things she launched a jackbooting political assassin style survey team to hit us in the evenings with browbeating telephone calls. Where she, knowing that we did not want to participate in her fraudulent sham survey, allowed her brow beaters to pursue us with aggressive calls three evenings running!

The Ombudsman's dissembling of truth as in our case, has become involved and convoluted as we repeated our complaints to various government departments. The Ombudsman stopped answering our letters after we had fingered her 'porkies' and in doing so, she closed down our democratic and civic rights.

The Information Commissioners Office has also followed her actions, and has undemocratically refused to answer our request for information without any explanation? Is this collusion? More human rights abuse? As victims of public sector corruption, we have been banned by the ICO from the Freedom of Information process. It all adds up to the public sectors entrenched cover-up industry.

Because we had effectively been frozen out of the democratic process, we did not know where to turn. So, being disenfranchised we wrote to the Lord Chancellors office, thinking it was the appropriate office to answer our question re the ICO's undemocratic action in closing down our case.

This request to the Lord Chancellors office become somewhat frenetic as it was shunted, as though it was a hot potato, from one department to another, without anybody wanting to touch it. We were perplexed to learn that;

(1) Instead of answering our letter re the ICO the Lord Chancellors office washed their hands of it and sent it on to;

(2) The Revenue & Customs, who also not wanting to sully their hands with 'porkies' and corrupt acts, sent it on to the corrupt Valuation Office Agency?

(3) It seems incredible that our letter to the Lord Chancellors office should eventually arrive at the fraudulent VOA. How can anyone allow the dysfunctional VOA to answer our question to the Lord Chancellors office in regard to the ICO's undemocratic actions towards us?

It has to be remembered it was the VOA who held a dodgy 'internal investigation' that produced a corrupt verdict against us! Also it is not within the VOA's remit to answer our query re the ICO!

HISTORICALLY, AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED, THE VOA CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO ACT ON OUR BEHALF ! It is quite absurd that this corrupt agency was chosen to answer our letter to the Lord Chancellors office?

(4) However, with true public sector fraudulence the VOA did take on the question I posed to the Lord Chancellor re ICO, and answered for the said Lord Chancellor by claiming there was nothing further the VOA could do! The VOA summarily and corruptly answered the question I posed to the Lord Chancellor, by simply dismissing the question, bulldozing it into touch?

(5) It could be said that some public sector evil influence is manipulating the 'hanging out to dry' routine with a vengeance, but to redirect our Lord Chancellors letter concerning the ICO to the fraudulent dysfunctional VOA for action is quite reprehensible.

One can only assume, that this undemocratic sweeping under the carpet action by the VOA, has pleased the Lord Chancellors office and the Revenue & Customs men?

It remains to be seen who is going to answer our important question; 'Why has the ICO closed down our case without giving us an explanation, thereby leaving us disenfranchised'? We have written to the VOA, asking how the devil they could take responsibility for answering our letter to the Lord Chancellor regarding our problems with the ICO? And then have the audacity to close down the issue between the Lord Chancellors office, the ICO and ourselves? We know them to be fraudulent! This is pure Whitehall farce.
 

YOU COULD NOT MAKE IT UP!


(6) How can the buck be passed on to this severely discredited VOA agency? One can see the knock-on effect of the Parliamentary Ombudsman's 'porkies'. It is causing much chaos and connivance in the public sector.

(7) The mind boggles at the chaotic mess the dodgy Ombudsman's 'porkies' have created within the 'Mother of Parliament'. It's the open-sewer blatancy of the prevalent cover-up culture, the passing the buck, the collusion between government departments that is besmirching Westminster and corrupting the ideal that we all once held, namely, that the Mother of Parliament was something special to be proud of. But not any more!

It would appear from much evidence, that all Ombudsman offices operate from dung heaps of deceit and a pyramids of 'porkies'. All this has created over the years an eye-watering stench against democracy and transparency, we have to point out again, that all this is within smelling distance of Parliament. Obviously not enough parliamentarians wish to pick up on this plague-like Ombudsman miasma.

Before we can remove the stench - we have to remove the Ombudsman!
